Ordering custom sweatshirts comes down to four choices: style, finish, decoration and sizes. The design itself is usually the quick part once those are settled.

Pick the style by setting

Crewnecks suit schools, alumni groups and merch. Quarter-zips suit offices and client gifts. Embroidered sweatshirts feel premium, garment-dyed sweatshirts look vintage, tie-dye suits camps and spirit events, and youth sizes cover schools and leagues.

Choose print or embroidery

Screen printing is best for big designs and arched lettering. Embroidery gives a small chest logo a raised, premium finish. Many orders combine both.

Get the size mix right

Ask your group for sizes before you order, or use a typical split if you cannot. One order can run from youth sizes to adult extended sizes, and the design is scaled so it looks right on every size.
